2015 Sacramento Clay Court Doubles League

Registration:

  3. If you still forget to pay, we will send you reminder before the season start, but the fee will go up to $145, so don't forget to pay!
  4. Sorry, no emails, no checks, no promissory notes will be accepted.  You must register and pay using the links above.
  5. Registration and Entry fee is due September 25th.


Dates:

  • Oct 9 - Nov 1; some matches may be scheduled Oct 2 - 4 if needed
  • If you are unable to play at least two weekends in October, not including finals, please let us know prior to entering
  • Finals weekend Oct 31 & Nov 1, mandatory


Details:

  • League is converting to a tournament style format
  • Back Draw, Guaranteed 2 Matches
  • 4 possible divisions (some may be combined): Open, 40+, 50+ and 9.0
  • Women receive a 1/2 point deduction for the 9.0 division or a 10yr deduction for the 40+ or 50+ divisions
  • 48 team max

  • Must be able to play Finals Weekend, and at least two additional weekends in October

  • No subs

  • Prize money subject to number of entries and only guaranteed for the Open division
  • Entry Fee: $125 per team. Fee includes Match Balls, Finals BBQ, prize money, and Har Tru Sacramento Clay Court League T-Shirt, umpire, ball girls and PayPal Fee.
  • Commish has the right to refuse entry and you will get a refund
  • Skins (if you get hit) it will cost you $5 towards beer fund. If your partner hits you your team owes $10.

Site Host will be monitoring matches, providing balls, and reporting scores.  If you do not have a site host please email your score to to Commish.Clayleague@gmail.com
